Work time is two hours at 70°F (21°C) and one hour at 100°F (37°C).
Handling time is 4 hours and cure time is 24 hours.
Used to bond steel, aluminum, sheet molded compound (SMC), and fibreglass reinforced polyester (FRP). The primary use is to replace quarter panels, roofs, box sides, van sides, utility vehicle sides and door skins. This adhesive provides extended work time but can be rapidly cured with heat.
Use with 3M™ Premium Manual Applicator 08117 or the MixPac® pneumatic Applicator 09930 and 3M™ Static Mixing Nozzle 08193.
Can be used for bumper cover repair under certain conditions
NOT for use on structural components such as pillars, frame rails, core supports, or rocker panels (on unibody vehicles)
